Did you ever devolve on and wonder how you got where you are today? Have you

wondered if the choices you make were the sort divulge ones? If you would have explored

a different path, would your life turned out differently? I have asked myself these

ruff we can and move forward. Keeping in mind WHO we are and WHY we are a

certain way, thinking things through onwards we make choices, experiencing different

types of love, and maintaining an open line of communication with those that we love,

can aid ensure a healthy lifestyle.

My journey into answering this questions regarding myself incur with taking a

In my family the women did all the cooking and stayed home to reprimand the children and

of things. It was drilled into my head from an early age that being a female meant that I

should always be kind, and gentle and speak only when asked to. My family was big

into the idea that a woman was authorise to her opinion but should keep it to herself as
