A midsummer iniquitys Dream is thought to have been pen in the late 1500s, but it is not for certain (Greenblatt, 839). This 12th sport of William Shakespe ar was his fifth funniness and probably written to find a noble wedding (GCU Lecture Notes, 2012). It was originally written with the intent to diminish the distance between the pseuds and the auditory modality and with the unusual atmosphere the actors bring to the audience, it is thought to have been accomplished. The plays plot is a prank that culminates three marriages which mock the on the job(p) class, laughs at young lovers, and allows the audience to laugh at the muff artisans that are inept performers (Greenblatt, 839). The play is about a play that is really a dream (Greenblatt, 54). A Midsummer Nights Dream is not only a comedy that has many areas that cause the audience to laugh at pranks or jokes with the actors, but there are several areas where the audience laughs at the mechanicals in the play, as well. It is important for the reader to notice the comedy of the mechanicals and the reasoning why express joy at them is what helps makes this play so brilliant and memorable.
