Introduction
Students jobs remove conk out a sort of trend among savants, who pauperisms to work era studying. Students who attend university while running(a) face challenges and benefits that are distinguishable than regular educatees. Most that enroll as part- time pupil rather than full-time disciple do so for monetary reasons. Other reason why school-age child jobs are touristed among students is they help to cope up with the constant increase in tuition fees, and away to afford further education.

The problem has been veritable with the question as to how the corresponding workloads and required working hours of working student simulate their academic cognitive operation. Working in full-time while attending school creates severe time shortages and the student requires highly developed time management skill in order to handle school and work.

The research aims to provide rise and motivation to all students especially those financially distressed to stick with and finish a college degree in order to become competitive in the future and be able to assure their goals and aspiration.



It may also provide learning, experiences and information to other student who is not working.


Objective
To determine the factor that affect the academic performance of working student and to identify which of those factors greatly affect the students performance?

Statement of the Problem
1) What are the reasons why student are oblige to work while studying?
