Abstract

This paper summarizes the movie Twelve angry Men. In addition it focuses on its relevance to Social Psychology. The third component of the paper focuses on two characters jurywoman # 8 and Juror # 3. Finally the paper ends with my feelings and perspectives about the depiction.

The film Twelve Angry Men is a very interesting and captivating one. This film features twelve jurors who are middle-aged men. A young son is on trial for the murder of his father and these jurors are face with the responsibility of deciding whether or not he is guilty. However, the room that they reach in is very uncomfortable and hot. As they deliberate they are weighing the facts to ensure that they come up with a square decision.
The film is a very compelling and provoking one as it examines the jurors face-to-face prejudices, perceptual biases, indifferences, ignorance and fears, that was a lend factor in their decision making process causation them to ignore the real issues in the case, consequently eleven of the jurors voted for conviction.
