Introduction
Although the British report is unremarkably characterised as unwritten there are in position numerous written sources which can clearly be determine as constitutional. Accordingly, it is strictly speaking more accurate to mention the constitution as not codified.
By this is meant that not completely the rules, written or unwritten, have ever been consolidated into a single document which we can refer to as the constitution. In this chapter we look in outline at the differing sources in order to fit an overview of the constitution. You will be able to tot up detailed examples of each of these as you progress through the course.
