The roaring twenties was the beginning to a decade of a whole new caliber. The dawn of the American Dream; the intellect of a wealthy, comfortable, luxurious lifestyle. F. Scott Fitzgeralds novel The Great Gatsby beaver shows how people strive for the American Dream and the means by which they attain it. It can be argued that both men are alike by the direct at which their morals remain, but Jay in fact is the more noble man who suffers an unnecessary death while tom turkey continues enjoying life to the fullest without a second glance at his ult actions.
