Almost all the writers start writing having been influenced by the surrounding, the bulk around them, the conditions they be in, the diseases they might mystify or their ghostly judgments. These factors have a deep impact on their techniques and the themes they select. Flannery OConnor was one of these writers who had an illness which preventing her from travelling much and caused her early shoemakers last. Also, she was a Roman Catholic writer who sought to present a message of Gods grace and presence in everyday life and she reflected this belief in most of her works. Her belief was that every human, no matter how bad they might be, has the voltage to be forgiven by God. In her work, A Good populace is Hard to Find, we realize how effective these factors mentioned above ar in his writing. OConnors treatment of characters in this grade reinforces her view of man as a fallen animal but the one who can receive grace when he experiences the epiphany.
The storys primary action involves a family car trip on which they encounter an escaped criminal and his gang. In the story, the characters whose moral codes and beliefs are emphasized are the gran and Misfit, two evil characters. The grandmother is a selfish, self-centered, prejudiced woman.



In fact, her desire to see a house from her childhood, which is actually the symbol of longing for the past, results in the familys death at the end of the story. Her religious epiphany at the storys end provides the philosophic sense behind the narrative. She gave her no name other than nan and freaking conversation that provides much of the storys humor. If the Grandmother had not insisted they take a different route to see the old house, which she realized similarly late, was in Tennessee, not in the part of Georgia where they were, the family would have escaped the disaster.
