School Bullying

The look for topic that I would like to learn to a greater extent about would be teenage bullying. I receive chosen this topic be suit of clothes it seems that the incidences of teenage bullying are on the rally and have become more violent in constitution and have led to young kids taking their own lives. I am sure all of us grew up crafty bullies, being bullied or being a bully. Luckily I was never bullied but I do admit at times I probably acted like a bully, more in a verbal manner as conflicting to a physical role. I have an 8 course of instruction old son and have already identified kids in his school that are on the track to being bullies and have started talking to my son about what he should do if he feels another small fry is trying to bully him. It is important as parents to be looking out for signs that our children are being bullied and to study that up to the attention to teachers or other school officials originally it is too late.
I would use the observational study to research my method. In this method a researcher either observes a person or groups in their natural surroundings or in a testing ground.
I was drawn to this method because I feel observing students in the school setting would be the best to show why certain students may be more prone to becoming bullies and why about students may be prone to being bullied.



The other methods also had some reasons why they could be successful research methods but I felt the observational study fit best for this topic.
A strength of this research method is that it would happen in the surround where the bullying normally takes place, the classroom which would be a controlled surround free from any distractions. Conducting this study in a laboratory would be counterproductive to trying to get to the root cause of why certain children bully others. Taking a child out of his or her natural environment and placing them in a laboratory setting without kids to bully would most likely endpoint in no findings.
