The Situation:
Kudler Fine Foods opened its first retentiveness in La Jolla, California in 1998. Two old age later, the owner Kathy opened a second store in Del Mar, CA. The Del Mar store is not currently making as much money as expected they’re “ in force(p) above break-even.” Kathy is responsible for many of the daily duties at the stores. She plant seven days a week at exclusively three of the stores. She handles all the buying for the stores, the give business, and advertising. When she is sick or out on vacation, no one is able to evidence inventory or make major business decisions.
The Problem:
Kathy is involved in too many aspects of the business. She does everything from hiring to firing. She lacks strategic mean and way. As such she is limiting the responsibilities and ingeniousise of the management squad she has in the company. By bringing in more expert help, she bequeath be able to focus solely on the development of the catering business.





Create a vision for the cheek if this problem was addressed by management
The Vision of Kudler Fine Foods management is to create an organization where there is a management team and not one person “Kathy”, who does everything. As such, there will be more focus on the expansion of the catering business. Specialized personnel will create an inventory system where ordering and payment for products is more systematic. The company will besides enhance its marketability, and develop the e-commerce aspect of its business.
