Im writing this rbi because my platoont thinks I deprivation personal help in making good decisions in my personal life and my work envionment. But I am also writing this essay to give my perspective and my occlusion of view if i were an nco, portion one of my soldiers when they need help.
As I continue to grow into my new life in the military, I am constantly learning there ar different values and concepts in my every twenty-four hours life that I must grasp. One of the greatest transitions that I am face with is the ability to discover the concept between to make the near decisions and my sometimes not so great actions or as my platton would say, as a soldier in the army as a person. But its at times when I forget myself to create an environment that forces the hand of my NCO to maintain order and fit for which I should be capable of doing myself. I can also say that I am not a immaculate person, and that no one is.
I insufficiency to one day be a successful attractor myself, and I crap this is only possible by first being an emblematic soldier. For what I affirm found out is that a leader is only as great as his/her weakest link.
I in person want to be the reason my NCO shines by showing everyone that I am not the person who they think I am and my composure to make the right decisions and helping other soldiers to do the same, for that is the only way to accomplish the mission.
If I were in my squad leaders position in helping one of my accept soldiers, I would first put everything aside of what others know or think they know about them and just become a friend to talk to. In my opinion, If i were an nco my steps to helping out my soldier is to first be their friend and have their trust. And to do that is to just not smuther them with lectures with rank repeatedly, but to only if listen.
