Leadership styles are often used in oversight smirchs. This paper will cover topics discussed during my interview with the she-goat bus of Labor and Delivery, Linda Pastorius. It includes topics related to leadership style, and the roles and responsibilities of leadership, and management. This paper will cover the background of the nurse manager, how she describes a leader, some of the important qualities or characteristics of leaders, her philosophy of leadership, how leadership is evolving, and some of the challenging issues in her position. I will also discuss how a mentor influenced her during her career, along with her leadership style. Her advice to soul aspiring to be in a leadership position will be discussed.
Linda started her career in nursing in 1981 with her associates degree.



She worked for one year on a medical surgical unit and then relocated to Obstetrics. Linda go around through postpartum, newborn nursery, neonatal intensive care unit, and comprehend and delivery. Most of her career was spent as a beef nurse where she was responsible for all four areas. She remained at this argument for 20 years. In 1992, she received a certification from try Through Sharing (RTS) as a Prenatal adversity Counselor and Coordinator.
