I motionless relive walking into an empty Walgreens building; alone more everyplace for the plethora of bare gondolas where squirtned mandarin oranges and m come inhwash would sit. The lights were impression and the building kind of had that bracing house smell; sawdust. Wide-eyed, I walked down each aisle imagining where each department sit down: cough and cold, first aid, incontinence, dental, diet aids, hardware, baby, and shampoo were sitting on the back edge of the store. All unoccupied…empty. It was my job to function an empty building into a functional pharmacy. It was my job to athletic supporter staff and train a group of brand new employees. It was my job to make things work. What did I sign up for? I dont rec exclusively volunteering for this. This was going to be the some challenging travail that Ive ever done with Walgreens.

But doing this isnt without burden. Still, I was built for this; trained for this; ready. Well, thats not exclusively true. I was gloss over freshly promoted to my position as an decision maker assistant film director; perhaps prematurely because I still wasnt trained on all kinds of managerial procedures. The skills I did possess however were an intrinsic intelligence and a rosy work ethic. Neither of these qualities can be taught. Clearly, I was selected for this task not because Im a standard manager but perhaps I was a leader macrocosm built into a manager. And I firmly believe at present that a manager can be built out of a leader far easier than a leader can be built out of a manager.
