The knowledge syllabus for newly hired sales associates at Andersens department Stores exit consist of a three-day orientation and pedagogy session. The program will cover company story, comprehensive and hands-on training of the hard cash register system, customer service and satisfaction, and product knowledge. The training will utilize classroom, vestibule, on the job and computer-assisted training techniques.
Objectives
Upon successful completion of the training program our new associates will cave in:
Understanding of our customer service and satisfaction policy
merchandise cable length knowledge and cross selling techniques
Comprehensive use of the cash register system

Day One
The first section of day one will consist of icebreakers to ease the new associates in to the day.
