If I was Chief of Police or the Mayor of a small city such as indiumpolis Indiana I would do more investigations on the modern officers and guide the time to question each one. I also theorise that I would take officers to build a degree and not just a lofty school diploma or G.E.D. thats shows that they have do a real commitment to this field. I think that the way we hire officers is just not working they need to be scared to have others be involved in the hiring process.
