Ba-da Ba-Ba-Ba... Im lovin it. Behind the catchy jingle-jangle and those famous golden arches at that place exists a group conflicting any other, working diligently in all over the cosmea to provide McDonalds solid ground renowned products and achieving their one finale - making the customer happy. It is a team I neer expected to be a part of as a child sitting in the back seat of my contracts car, waiting impatiently for my happy meal, and it is definitely non what I would hire guessed to be my rattling first job. Surprisingly, the moving in and life lessons knowledgeable from beingness part of that McDonalds team will resonate for the assuagement of my life.\nI was 16 eld old, and it was time to get my very first job. My peers and I learned to rely on each others help to get us through the lunchtime mayhem. It didnt matter if we all talk English, or had varying educational backgrounds, we were a team, and we had to work together.\nIt wasnt just demanding customers that kept me on my toes. It seemed each week thither was a impertinently substitute of shake or nosh wrap. As each overbold product was introduced I discover that new and different customers were approach path in to get wind them. The weekly, sometimes daily, regulars stayed with their Big Macs and McChickens, but new customers were stopping in to try the lattes.
