Building an Ethical Organization

I am the director of change A Helping Hand. Many of things had to be considered
when becoming the director. The framework for building an ethical structre consists of
1.Governing Ideas- boot, moral vision, and values statement.
2.From Ideas to Description- policies, procedures, base of operationsards, and engrave of ethics
3.Effective Learning Process- effective participation, reciprocity between constituents and leaders, involvement affects the sequel of decisions, participation and decision are legitmate actions, reciprocal climate of sureness and honesty and confidence, the feedback loop- freedom of action, system of accountability, enhancement of learning, the information net
4.Moral exposit into Design- systemal code of ethics, ethical advisory groups and committees
5.Structures of Ethical Oversight- morals of Governance-the board of directors, the ethics audit.
When building an ethical organization these are the 5 steps that make up an effective organization.
forthwith I would like to introduce everyone to my newly found organization called Lend A Helping Hand, or also cognise as LAHH. Lend A Helping Hand has been created as a nonprofit organization that provides goods and services to consumbers with mental disabilities and disadvantages. Lend A helping Hand is known for their powerful mission and values statements. Our mission statement states:
We as Lend A Helping Hand believe that every individual has a purpose in life. We provide advanced services and stand behind each individual with disabilities and their families. We provide services that will help the individual become a productive more than independent citizen.
