College research essay topics
should be carefully chosen by the tutors in order to achieve the
intended objective. Tutors should not just give essay topics anyhow;
they should sit and discuss among themselves the best possible topics
that they should give to the students. They should discuss which
topics they should give and how relevant and educational are those
topics to what they are teaching the students. The tutors should also
set the rules and on how to grade the work that the students will
submit.
The best research topics should be those that have not been
given before, as the students will be tempted to copy paste the work
that was done by others. The tutors should be creative and come up
with fresh new ideas for topics. The topics should be challenging as
well as exciting to excite and motivate the students to research for
themselves. The essays should not demand a lot from the students such
as having them write numerous pages, doing so would discourage the
students from writing the papers themselves and would rather pay to
have someone else to the work for them. If the work is not a lot then
the students feel that it would be a waste of their money if they
paid someone to do the work for them. It would not benefit the tutor
or the student if someone else as the student does the work would not
have gained any knowledge from the whole exercise. That is why it is
important to encourage tutors to encourage the students by giving
them workload that they can handle comfortably by themselves without
having to seek assistance from anybody else. A student who does the
work even if he does not get the best grades has some added knowledge
compared to the one who passed because someone did the work for them.
